Every Day Things..............

A fairly quiet week!

Toby is into face painting so we are having to be creative daily!

Maizie is cold, this shot was taken by Bob!

Bob had his Friend Preston to play, Fortunatly he liked being a Jedi!

Toby had his end of term concert and refused to join in! Thats him on the floor hiding under his knights cloak!

But he was happy that Dad was there.

And was more than happy to join in at the picnic!

Blink and you miss it!

I can't believe it has been a week already! Sean and I had a great few days away, a much needed break in Safety Bay, we really just relaxed but made time for a quick Ikea trip and caught up with a few Friends!

The boys had fun with Gran, Grandad and Blayne.
Here are a few pics from the week!

Here is Princess with her 11 pups! One of these is ours! they are 1 week old.

I am such a chook tragic, I made everyone get up after a really late night and drive to Harvey for a chook show!! We made the most of the good weather and explored Harvey Dam (Fab!) and Stirling house and gardens (more fab!)

Here are the boys partying with our neighbours! It was a very cold Collie night, everyone ended up in the spa, it was too hard to get out so we ended up staying really late. A fun night, Toby must have been in for hours!

The Week of the Horse

This is Rusty, he has come to live in the paddock, he is very good natured and likes the boys! Toby has been spending hours talking to him.

The boys had their first horse riding lesson today, they were promised lessons at Christmas, but had to wait until now ! great organising on my part!!

Toby did really well , his pony was called Spike!
Bob loved ridin Talara, he did'nt want the lesson to end!

We will be going back next week, Bob stayed focused and listened really well!

I am trying to add a couple of videos....watch this space!

By the way, a tooth is worth $2!!

Bush Weather!

The weather has been great this week, clear and sunny but very cold at night! We have made the most of it by spending every day outside.

Lara and Mark came to visit on Monday,(Foundation day holiday) Mark has never been here before so we took them on a tour and the boys took advantage and had a swim at Minninup Pools!

Tuesday we decided to keep the boys home and head off to the Bush and cut some wood as supplies were running low. It was a really good day with everyone helping, amazing!

Friday Sean put the door on Cluckingham Palace, we are still getting one egg a day.

Today we went to the Old Coast Brewery, a great find as it is very child freindly and had good food and coffee too, oh yes and beer! We went with the Scofferns and we all had a great time.

Not much else to report!!

Mud and other stuff!

Boys being boys!
Need i say more!!
After days of rain the sun came out this morning, the boys made the most of it by heading off to the bottom paddock and playing in the mud pit left by the bobcat! We now have a bucket of "Mud Clothes" that can be worn outside, otherwise they choose the most inappropriate white or cream clothes!

Yeah!!

Princess Leah!!!! She deserves her own picture this week!! We have now had 5 eggs so i think Joyce is laying too...............and yes, Eddie is doing his thing!

Here Are the boys eating the first eggs! YUM

And here is some more mud!! Just to show that it was everywhere!!!
